Název: Vliv menstruačního cyklu na sportovní trénink Cíl: Cílem mé bakalářské práce je na základě nashromážděných informací popsat možný vliv dílčích menstruačních fází na sportovní trénink. Přispět k problematice specifického a individuálního přístupu trénování dívek/žen během jednotlivých fází menstruačního cyklu a zároveň navrhnout možnosti, jak sportovní trénink přizpůsobit menstruačnímu cyklu svěřenkyně. Tato práce bude sloužit jako pilotní studie pro mou diplomovou práci. Metody: Rešerše monografie, která se zabývá problematikou menstruačního cyklu. Výsledky: Vliv menstruačního cyklu na sportovní trénink není nijak zásadní, ale i přesto se lze s pár účinky setkat. Jedná se především o rozvoj silových schopností ve folikulární fázi. V porovnání se silovým trénováním ve fází luteální je možno pozorovat lepší silovou výkonnost. Dalším zjištěním byl častější výskyt zranění ve folikulární fázi. Klíčová slova: menstruační fáze, hormony, patologie menstruačního cyklu, fyzický výkon Title: Effects of menstrual cycle on sports performance Objectives: The goal of this thesis is to detect possible effect of current menstrual phase on womens sports training. It aims to contribute to possible individual approach to the training and suggest the options on how to adjust it based on a current menstrual phase of the charge. This paper is a pilot project for my master's thesis. Methods: Search of monograph which pursue issue of menstrual cycle. Results: Menstrual cycle does not affect sports training significantly, however minor effects were identified. It is mainly development of power abilities during the follicular phase. Compared to the luteal phase, the power performance was observed to be improved. Another worth mentioning finding is increased injury occurence during the follicular phase of menstrual cycle.
