Bakalářská práce se zabývá rozvojem obchodních aktivit společnosti Kili s.r.o. Úvodní část práce je zaměřena na analýzu současného stavu firmy a jejího okolí. Výstupem bakalářské práce je návrhová část, která firmě doporučí kroky, které budou vést ke zlepšení situace nákupního oddělení a rozvoji celé firmy. Bachelor thesis deals with the development of business activities of Kili s.r.o. in the introductory part of the work focuses on analysis of the current state of the company and its surroundings. The output of bachelor thesis is a design part that recommends the company steps to improve the situation in the purchasing department and to develop the whole company.
