Předmětem bakalářské práce je využití projektového managementu pro zavedení velkoobchodního e-shopu pro společnost MERLIN-PLUS spol. s r.o. Úvodní část se zabývá teorií z oblasti projektového řízení. Ve druhé části se vyskytuje analýza současného stavu společnosti. V poslední části je zpracován návrh projektu. The topic od this bachelor’s thesis is the use of project management for the implementation of wholesale e-shop for the company named MERLIN-PLUS spol. s r.o. The first part deals with the theory of project management. In the second part there is an analysis of the current state of the company. The project proposal is covered in the last part of this thesis.
