Tato práce srovnává silové zatížení dvou vyměnitelných břitových destiček při frézování. Je rozdělena na dvě části – rešerši a experiment. Rešerše rozebírá silové zatížení, možnosti jeho měření, frézy a vyměnitelné břitové destičky. Experiment měl podobu měření silového zatížení při frézování 14 drážek s každou destičkou za konstantních řezných podmínek. Vyhodnocení měření proběhlo na základě čtyřikrát opakovaného experimentu pro obě sady destiček. Cílem práce je rozhodnout, zda destičky obrábí se srovnatelným silovým zatížením. Výsledky ukazují, že jedny z destiček jsou během frézování zatíženy až o 85 % větší celkovou silou. This thesis compares the force load of two kinds of cutting tool inserts while milling. The thesis is devided into two main parts – research and experiment. The research part is focused on the theory of the force load measuring, cutting tools and cutting tool inserts and their coating. 14 grooves were made with each cutting insert while the force load was measured. Constant cutting conditions were applied. The experiment was repeated four times for each kind of cutting insert. The aim of the thesis is to determine if both kinds of inserts mill with the same force load. The results reveal that one kind of cutting tool inserts mill with the force load higher up to 85 %.
