Tato diplomová práce se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem hydraulického čistícího stroje česlí pro čistírnu odpadních vod. První část práce se zabývá rešerší způsobů odstraňování hrubých nečistot z přitékající vody k technologickým zařízením. Dále je proveden konkrétní konstrukční návrh včetně výpočtu a volby pohonu. Součástí práce je řešení průběhu silových účinků a pevnostní kontrola nejvíce namáhaných součástí. V práci je řešeno také porovnání konstrukčních řešení hydraulického a mechanického pohonu stroje. Příloha obsahuje výkres sestavy čistícího stroje a vybraného svařovaného celku. This diploma thesis deals with the design of hydraulic trash rack cleaning machine for waste water treatment plant. The first part of the thesis describes methods of removing coarse impurities from intake water to technological equipment. Furthermore, a specific design including calculation and choice of the drive is made. Part of the work is also solving the course of force effects and strength analysis of the most stressed parts. The work also deals with the comparison of design solution of hydraulic and mechanical drive of the machine. The attachment contains a drawing of the cleaning machine assembly and selected welded complex.
