Táto diplomová práca sa venuje motivácii zamestnancov ako aj systému ich odmeňovania v sledovanej firme, ktorá je zameraná na výrobu a opracovanie kovových výrobkov a polotovarov. Diplomová práca pojednáva o analýze súčasného stavu motivačného systému a odmeňovania zamestnancov a následne nato pomocou využitia teoretických základov a empirického pozorovania navrhuje či už zmeny v aktuálnom motivačnom systéme alebo doplňuje nové motivačné prvky k už existujúcim This diploma thesis deals with the motivation of employees as well as the system of their remuneration in the monitored company, which is focused on production of metal products and semi-finished metal products. Diploma thesis analyses the current state of motivation system and remuneration of employees at the company. Then, by using theoretical foundations and empirical observation, changes in the current system or new incentive elements to existing ones are being proposed
