Kapitola sborníku popisuje volně šířitelný software pro syntézu řeči z psaného textu Epos, dále se zabývá dokonalejším modelováním prozodie a uvádí nové kepstrální modelování řeči s využitím komplexního kepstra. The chapter of the proceedings describes the free software for text-to-speech synthesis Epos, deals with improved prosody modeling and presents new cepstral speech modeling using the complex cepstrum.
