Název: Vztah mezi tělesnou zdatností a úrovní pohybové aktivity u dětí staršího školního věku. Cíle: Cílem práce je zhodnotit efekt pohybového zatížení na tělesnou zdatnost a somatotyp. Zjistit úroveň tělesné zdatnosti dětí staršího školního věku na Základní škole Davle pomocí diagnostického systému Unifittest (6-60). Dále pomocí dotazníku a krokoměru, zjistit jejich pohybovou aktivitu během jednoho týdne. Ve vztahu k pohybovému zatížení zjistit somatotyp podle metody Heath - Carter. Metody: Hlavní vědeckou metodou teoreticko - empirického charakteru je metoda testování a pozorování. Výzkumu se zúčastnilo 57 dětí ve věku od 12 do 14 let druhého stupně ZŠ Davle. Testování bylo provedeno během vyučovacích hodin tělesné výchovy. Pro zjištění tělesné zdatnosti absolvovaly testované osoby čtyři části Unifittestu (6-60) a dále podstoupily antropometrická měření pro zjištění somatotypu podle metody Heath- Carter. Použitím krokoměru, a následném vyplnění dotazníku, testovaní zaznamenali svou pohybovou aktivitu během jednoho týdne a pohybovou aktivitou vykonávanou střední - vysokou intenzitou. Pro analýzu získaných dat jsme použili základní deskriptivní statistiku, korelační analýzy, Shapiro-Wilk test, provedené v programu STATISTICA 13. Objectives: The aim of this work is to evaluate the effect of physical activity on physical fitness and somatotype. To determine the level of physical fitness of older school-age children at Davle school using the diagnostic system Unifittest (6-60). Further determine physical activity using a pedometer and a questionnaire during a one week evaluation. To determine physical fitness, the subjects underwent four parts of the Unifittest (6-60) and anthropometric tests to determine the somatotype according to the Heath-Carter method.
