Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na kontrolu veřejnoprávních médií, přičemž poskytuje historický přehled členstva Rady ČT a Rady ČRo a zaměřuje se na mediální reflexi voleb členstva těchto mediálních rad. Cílem mediální reflexe o tématu voleb členstva Rady ČT a Rady ČRo je zjistit, jakým způsobem vybraná média o tématu referovala a jakými tématy se v souvislosti s volbami členstva Rady ČT a Rady ČRo zabývala. První část práce je zaměřena na veřejnoprávní média a jejich kontrolní orgány. Zprvu je vymezen pojem veřejnoprávní média, poté je pozornost zaměřena na česká veřejnoprávní média a jejich ukotvení v legislativě. Dále je zpracováno téma kontroly veřejnoprávních médií a jejich současného postavení a problémů. Na závěr první části je věnován prostor televizní krizi. Předmětem druhé části je historický přehled členstva Rady ČT a Rady ČRo od roku 2001 až do roku 2019. Grafy je vyjádřeno, jak se měnilo personální obsazení těchto mediálních rad, jaká byla délka mandátů jednotlivých členů a jejich případné funkce v předsednictvu. Třetí část práce se zabývá mediální reflexí tématu voleb členstva Rady ČT a Rady ČRo. Zde je v rámci analýzy veřejné debaty zkoumáno 12 médií. Zjišťována je četnost mediálních výstupů a prostor, který média tématu poskytla. Analyzována je tématika relevantních mediálních výstupů... This Bachelor thesis focuses on the control of public service media and provides a historical overview of the membership of the Czech Television Council and the Czech Radio Council. It focuses on a reflection of the media's reports on the election of the membership of the media councils. The aim of the reflection of the election of the Czech Television Council and Czech Radio Council by the media, is to find out how the selected media reported on the topic and what topics it dealt with in connection to the election of the Czech Television and Czech Radio Councils. The first part of this thesis is focused on public service media and their control bodies. Firstly, the concept of public service media is defined, then attention is focused on the Czech public service media and their problems in legislation. Additionally, the topic of control of public service media, their current status and problems is elaborated upon. At the end of the first section, the television crisis is discussed. The subject of the second section is on a historical overview of the membership of the Czech Television Council and the Czech Radio Council from 2001 to 2019.
