Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na řízení rizik vybraného projektu dostavby jaderné elektrárny. V první části práce jsou vytyčena teoretická východiska. Ve druhé části jsou definovány cíle, kterých má být dosaženo. Třetí část práce se zabývá metodami, které jsou využity ve čtvrté části práce k analýze podniku, jeho okolí a analýze rizik posuzovaného projektu. Součástí této kapitoly je identifikace a vyhodnocení rizik pomocí metody RIPRAN. V poslední části práce jsou navržena opatření vedoucí ke snížení pravděpodobnosti vzniku nebo dopadu rizik na projekt. The diploma thesis focuses on risk management of a selected nuclear power plant completion project. The first part outlines the theoretical background. The second part defines the goals to be achieved. The third part deals with the methods that are used in the fourth part of the document to analyze the company, its surroundings and project risk analysis. Part of this chapter is the identification and evaluation of risks using the RIPRAN method. In the last part of the document, measures are proposed to reduce the probability of occurrence or impact of risks on the project.
