Diplomová práce je zaměřena na oblast porozumění řeči u dětí před nástupem do školy z hlediska logopedie. Práce je zaměřena zejména na diagnostiku. V současné době je nedostatek vhodných diagnostických materiálů, a právě z toho důvodu byl vytvořen Test porozumění řeči před nástupem do školy. Tento test je určen pro děti od pěti let. Teoretická část charakterizuje dítě v předškolním věku z hlediska psychického a motorického vývoje. Dále se zaměřuje na popis komunikace předškolního dítěte. Blíže je zpracován vývoj řeči dle lexikálně-sémantické roviny. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty poznatky o porozumění řeči, vývoji a procesu porozumění. Součástí toho jsou stručně popsány jevy, jejichž vliv na porozumění řeči byl posuzován ve výzkumném šetření. Praktická část obsahuje zpracování zjištěných výsledků z depistáže porozumění řeči a použití výše zmíněného diagnostického materiálu. Kvantitativního výzkumného šetření se zúčastnilo 125 dětí. U těchto dětí byl posouzen vliv přítomnosti konkrétních hledisek na porozumění řeči. Bylo zjištěno, že na úroveň porozumění řeči u dětí ve výzkumném vzorku má vliv přítomnost opožděného vývoje řeči a potíže ve sluchové paměti. Naopak byl negován vliv dyslalie. Závěrem práce jsou popsány výsledky výzkumného šetření a formulována doporučení pro praxi. KLÍČOVÁ SLOVA... The diploma thesis is focused on the area of speech understanding by children before entering the elementary school from the speech therapist's point of view. The thesis focuses on diagnostics. There is a dearth of diagnostic material nowadays, which is a reason for the creation of Speech Understanding before entering elementary school Test. This test is meant for children over five years of age. The theoretical part of the thesis characterizes preschool children from the psychical and motorial development point of view. Furthermore, the theoretical part focuses on the description of preschool child communication, with particular attention to the development of the lexical-semantic language area and summarizes knowledge of speech understanding, development of speechunderstanding, and speech understanding process. Finally, there is a brief description of a few conditions. The research judged the impact of these conditions on speech understanding. The research includes the processed results from the screening of speech understanding with the mentioned diagnostical material.
