Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnotit přímou závislost výsledku utkání na úspěšnosti hráčů na jednotlivých postech, Rovněž je zkoumáno, zda je možné, aby výkon jednotlivce ovlivnil výsledek. Na tom ukazuji, jaké posty a které jejich činnosti jsou pro vývoj utkání nejpodstatnější. V práci se dále věnuji srovnání výsledků mužské a ženské kategorie a vysvětlení rozdílu v těchto kategoriích. Pro praktickou část jsem vytvořila statistickou metodu, pomocí níž jsem nashromáždila potřebná data. Využila jsem k tomu utkání první ligy mužů a žen. Nasbíraná data jsem následně vyhodnotila pro jednotlivé kategorie a navzájem tyto kategorie porovnala a vyvodila z nich závěry. Diplomová práce by mohla získanými daty následně pomoci v tréninkovém procesu při tvorbě tréninkových jednotek. Vypracováním práce jsem si ověřila řadu svých poznatků získaných praxí. Klíčová slova: volejbal, hráč, post, úspěšnost The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the direct dependence of the match outcome on the success of players in individual positions, moreover, the thesis also examines whether it is possible for an individual's performance to influence the outcome. This will show which playing positions and their activities are most important for the development and outcome of the match. Furthermore, this work will compare the results of male and female category and explain the difference in these categories. For the practical part, a statistical method has been created, by which the necessary data were gathered during the matches of Dobřichovice women's and men's first league teams. The collected data for each category were then evaluated, the categories were compared with each other and conclusions were drawn. The acquired data from this diploma thesis could subsequently help with creating training units in the training process. By composing this thesis, the author has verified a multitude of information gained through her volleyball practice. Key words: volleyball, player, position, success rate
