Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá sledováním vztahu mezi pohybovou aktivitou rodičů a pohybovou aktivitou dětí. Jako hlavní cíl jsem si zvolila zjistit vztah mezi pohybovou aktivitou rodičů a jejich dětí. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část charakterizuje vývoj dětí předškolního věku. Definuje pojmy motorický vývoj a hrubá motorika. Shrnuje poznatky o pohybu, pohybové aktivitě, sportu a zdravém životním stylu. Popisuje výchovu i podněcování dětí k pohybovým činnostem a společný volný čas. Praktická část je zaměřena na sledování vztahu mezi pohybovou aktivitou rodičů a jejich dětí pomocí internetového dotazníku, který jsem vypracovala. Zjišťuje, jestli existuje souvislost mezi pohybovou aktivitou rodičů a jejich dětí. Na základě zjištěných poznatků konstatuji, že se potvrdila tatosouvislost. Když rodiče nesportují, děti také ne, anebo se věnují maximálně dvěma organizovaným pohybovým aktivitám, na které je rodiče přihlásili. Děti sportujících rodičů mají značně větší objem a různorodost pohybových aktivit. Aby se objem aktivit u dětí nesportujících rodičů zvýšil, je vhodné začít působit v tomto směru na rodiče. V budoucím zaměstnání učitelky v mateřské škole se budu moci podílet na pozitivních změnách právě v této oblasti. Klíčová slova: děti v předškolním věku,... This bachelor thesis deals with monitoring the relationship between physical activity of parents and their children. As the main goal, I chose to find out the relationship between physical activity of parents and their children. The thesis consists of two parts - theoretical and practical.The theoretical part characterizes the development of pre-school children. It defines the terms of motor development and gross motor skills. It summarizes knowledge about movement, physical activity, sport and healthy lifestyle. It describes the education and stimulation of children to physical activities and common free time. The practical part is focused on monitoring the relationship between physical activity of parents and their children through an online questionnaire, which I developed. It detects if there is a connection between the physical aktivity of parents and children. Based on the findings, I state that the connection between the physical aktivity of parents and their children has been confirmed.When parents do not play sports, children do not, or they engage in a maximum of two activities for which their parents have refistered them.Children of sporting parents have a much larger volume and variety of physical activities.
