Tématem diplomové práce je výchovný vliv jógy na děti mladšího školního věku. Práce má teoreticko-empirický charakter. Teoretická část se věnuje popisu období mladšího školního věku. Dále vymezuje pojetí výchovy a jógy, přičemž se zabývá specifiky jógy pro děti a s využitím odborné literatury vyjmenovává její přínosy. Empirická část se věnuje výzkumného šetření. Pomocí metody hloubkových rozhovorů se šesti respondentkami, jejichž děti praktikují jógu, zjišťuje možnosti výchovného působení jógy na děti v různých oblastech jejich vývoje. Z provedeného výzkumu vyplynulo, že jóga pohledem rodičů může pozitivně ovlivňovat rozvoj jejich dětí. This diploma thesis is focused on the educational influence of yoga on younger school aged children. It has a theoretical-empirical character. The theoretical part describes the younger school age period. Further it defines the conception of upbringing and yoga. With the support of take out literature, it deals with the specifics of kids' yoga and lists its benefits. The empirical part is devoted to research with six respondents. The method used in this thesis is in-depth interviews. It aims to determine the possibilities of the influence of yoga in the various areas of take out child development. Results showed that respondents can observe the influence of yoga on their children.
