Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou vnímané profesní účinnosti učitelů v kontextu inkluzivního vzdělávání. Literárně-přehledová část je po stručnému teoretickému zakotvení konceptu vnímané osobní účinnosti zaměřená na koncept vnímané profesní účinnosti učitelů. Další kapitola je věnována základnímu přehledu problematiky inkluze - základním pojmům, systému inkluze v České republice a legislativě, která ho upravuje. V poslední kapitole se poznatky uvedené v předešlých kapitolách sbíhají do tématu role vnímané profesní účinnosti učitelů v kontextu inkluzivního vzdělávání. V empirické části práce jsem pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů mapovala pohled na situaci inkluzivního vzdělávání z pohledu učitelů na prvním stupni základních škol. Z výsledků kvalitativního šetření vyplynulo, že učitelé jsou schopní napříč různými aspekty své práce popsat množství přístupů, které vnímají jako funkční. Dokázali popsat i situace, kde u sebe vnímají rezervy a navrhli několik realistických možností podpory, kterou by ve své práci potřebovali. Ukázalo se, že jistí si připadají především v oblastech přímého působení na žáky a ve spolupráci s kolegy v rámci svých škol. Neúspěch a až pocity frustrace vnímali v jednání s nespolupracujícími rodiči. Rezervy také vnímali, co se týče svých teoretických znalostí v oblasti... This thesis is focused on the topic of perceived professional efficacy of teachers in the context of inclusive education. The theoretical part is after a brief chapter on theoretical background of the concept of perceived self-efficacy, focuses on the concept of professional efficacy of teachers. The next chapter deals with a general overview of the topic of inclusion - main concepts, system of inclusion in the Czech republic and legal regulations concerning inclusion. The last chapter summarizes findings stated in the previous parts into a topic of the role of perceived professional efficacy of teachers in the context of inclusive education. In the empirical part, the semi-structured interviews were used to get insight into the situation of inclusive education from the primary school teachers' point of view. The results of qualitative inquiry suggest that teachers are able to describe a number of functional strategies used across different areas of their work. They were able to describe areas which require more work and need to be improved and they also suggested some realistic ways of support for themselves.
