Název: Webová prezentace basketbalových klubů v Kooperativa NBL Cíle: Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je prostřednictvím marketingového výzkumu vytvořit souhrn doporučení pro webovou prezentaci sportovního klubu na základě hodnocení webových stránek stávajících, ale také na základě požadavků, doporučení a očekávání návštěvníků stránek. Metody: V diplomové práci je využito dvou na sebe navazujících metod. První z nich je obsahová analýza internetových stránek, které bylo podrobeno 12 internetových stránek klubů KNBL. Druhou metodou je Focus Group, které se zúčastnilo vybraných 8 respondentů. Výsledky: Výsledky výzkumu ukazují, že webová prezentace klubů KNBL je na vysoké úrovni. Z výsledků vyplývá, že očekávání a požadavky návštěvníků se v určitých oblastech nepotkávají s realitou na samotných webových stránkách. Klíčová slova: Internet, webová stránka, online marketing, online komunikace Title: Web presentation of basketball clubs in Kooperativa NBL Objectives: The main objective of this diploma thesis is to create a summary of recommendations for the web presentation of the sports club through marketing research based on the evaluation of existing websites, but also based on the requirements, recommendations and expectations of website visitors. Methods: There are used two interdependent methods in the thesis. The first method is the content analysis of the website, which was subjected to 12 websites of KNBL clubs. The second method is Focus Group, which was attended by 8 selected respondents. Results: The research results show that the web presentation of clubs in KNBL is on the high level.
