Analýza posuzuje, do jaké míry se podařilo naplnit cíle stanovené v "Národním programu rozvoje vzdělávání. Bílé knize" publikované v roce 2001. Přílohou dokumentu jsou detailní podkladové studie, které obsahují kvalitativní i kvantitativní údaje dokumentující míru naplnění cílů v jednotlivých strategických liniích i konkrétní kroky, které byly v jednotlivých oblastech učiněny. The analysis evaluates the extent to which were met the objectives of "National programme of Development of Education. White book" published in 2001. In the anex of the document all six strategic axes of the White book are analysed in detailes: qualitative and quantitative data are presented to document the extent to which the objectives were met.
