Autor se zabývá vývojem a současným stavem česko-ruských vztahů, od roku 1989, kdy se zhroutil systém státního socialismu v Československu, aby se v roce 1991 rozpadl i Sovětský svaz a s ním sovětský typ socialismu. The author deals with development and contemporary state of czech-russian relations, since 1989, when system of state socialism imploded in Czechoslovakia, as well as two years later when colapsed Soviet Union and with it the soviet type of socialism.
