Diplomová práce se věnuje supervizi učitelů jako nástroji jejich profesního rozvoje. Tato oblast není dosud předmětem mnoha výzkumů a zdaleka o ní nelze v našem kontextu hovořit jako o "teoreticky pokryté". Stejně tak můžeme hovořit o "nepokrytí" českých škol supervizí, což je zde vnímáno jako stav hodný změny. Obecným cílem práce je podat komplexní pohled na tuto problematiku a vymezit místo supervize v profesním rozvoji učitelů. Teoretická část shrnuje dostupné informace o tomto tématu v našem kontextu a propojuje tyto poměrně skromné informace s relevantní teorií z oblasti učitelské profese a oblasti supervize. Úvodní kapitola je věnována shrnutí dosavadních výzkumů v této oblasti. V reakci na uvedené výzkumy se následující kapitola věnuje podrobnějšímu popisu profese učitele - jeho roli v kontextu dnešní společnosti a zejména popsání nároků a rizik této profese, která odpovídá nárokům profesí pomáhajících. Následně jsou vymezeny kompetence, kterých je potřeba k profesionálnímu zvládání uvedených úloh, nároků a rizik, přičemž je kladen důraz na potřebu učitele jako reflektivního praktika a též osobnostně a sociálně zralého člověka. Poslední kapitola týkající se profese učitele přináší přehled požadavků na kvalitu profesního rozvoje v kontextu uvedených specifik učitelské profese a též kritický... The diploma thesis deals with the topic of teachers supervision as a tool for their professional development. This area is not yet the subject of much research and is far from being theoretically covered in our context. Likewise, we can talk about "not covering" Czech schools with supervision, which is seen here as worthy of change. The general aim of this work is to give a comprehensive view of this issue and to define the place of supervision in the professional development of teachers. The theoretical part summarizes available information on this topic in our context and links these rather modest information with the relevant theory of the teaching profession and supervision. The introductory chapter is devoted to a summary of existing research in this area. In response to the above research, the following chapter is devoted to a more detailed description of the teacher's profession - its role in the context of today's society and, in particular, to describe the demands and risks of this profession, which corresponds to the needs of helping professions.
