Ve zprávě jsou shrnuty výsledky experimentálního výzkumu tlumicích a třecích vlastností dvojice lopatek modelovaných prizmatickými nosníky s nástavci opatřenými třecím kontaktem. Měřený model se od předešlých prací lišil především jiným materiálem třecích plošek: jedna kontaktní ploška je z materiálu T671 –Böhler, druhá s nástřikem karbidu wolframu WC (80% WC, 10% Co, 4% Cr). Po rozboru vlivu klínového kontaktu a opravě třecí plošky jsou uvedeny výsledky měření tlumících charakteristik spojení harmonicky buzeného nosníku s pevně uchycenou třecí ploškou ve frekvenčním rozsahu 10 – 40Hz. Byly určeny průběhy zmařené energie za jeden cyklus kmitání, koeficientu suchého tření a koeficientu ekvivalentního lineárního tlumení v závislosti na amplitudách kmitání, na velikosti přítlačné síly a na budící frekvenci. Odvozený regresní vztah lze využít při návrhu tlumícího členu u turbinových lopatek. Results of measurements of damping and friction properties of a couple of turbine blades modeled by a couple of cantilever prismatic beams with perpendicular branches provided by friction surfaces made of material T671- Böhler or coating of wolfram carbide are presented. The dependences of energy lost, coefficients of dry friction and equivalent linear damping coefficients on amplitudes of vibrations, on frequency in the range 10 – 40 Hz and on normal forces were shown. Revided regression relation can be used at damping elements designed of turbine blades.
