Příspěvek je věnován tématice kvality života seniorů a nabízí možnosti rozšíření psychologické péče o seniory o zavedení konkrétních relaxačních metod. The paper concerns the quality of life of elder people. The ways of extension of psychological care of elder people are under consideration and the influence of the specific relaxation training.upon the subjectively experienced life satisfaction is emphasized.
