Bakalářská práce se zabývá systémem hodnocení a odměňování zaměstnanců ve společnosti AQUA-STYL spol. s r.o. První část je zaměřena na cíl práce a metody zpracování. Druhá část práce se věnuje teorii základních pojmů z oblasti hodnocení a odměňování zaměstnanců. Třetí část analyzuje interní a externí faktory systému hodnocení a odměňování zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti. V poslední části jsou navrženy změny na zlepšení v systému hodnocení a odměňování zaměstnanců. The bachelor thesis deals with the system of evaluation and remuneration of employees in the company AQUA-STYL spol. s r.o. The first part is focused on the goal of work and methods of processing. The second part of the thesis is devoted to the theory of basic concepts in the area of employee evaluation and remuneration. The third part analyzes the internal and external factors of the evaluation and remuneration system of employees in the selected company. The last part proposes changes to improve the system of employee evaluation and remuneration.
