Tato diplomová práce se zabývá stanovením objektivizované hodnoty podniku na základě provedení strategické a finanční analýzy, které slouží jako základ pro rozdělení aktiv na provozně potřebná a provozně nepotřebná, stanovení jednotlivých generátorů hodnot a sestavení finančního plánu. S použitím těchto nástrojů se stanoví objektivizovaná hodnota podniku prostřednictvím metody diskontovaného cash flow entity a ekonomické přidané hodnoty. This master thesis deals with determination of objectivized value of company based on results of strategic and financial analysis which are used as a basis for distribution of assets as an operationally needed and operationally not needed, setting of individual value generators and compiling of a financial plan. Using these bases, the objectivized value of the company will be determined using method discount cash flow entity and the economic value added.
