Cílem práce je zhodnocení úlohy krajů jako zprostředkujícího subjektu v systému řízení finanční pomoci ze strukturálních fondů. Práce hodnotí počet předkládaných žádostí na projekty v jednotlivých operačních programech a jejich úspěšnost ve schvalovacím řízení, hledá případné problémy v předkládání projektů a navrhuje řešení těchto problémů. The theses target is to assess the role of regions as providing subjects in the system of financial support management from structural funds. The theses assess the amount of submitted requests for projects in particular operation programs and their success in approval procedure. Focuses on relevant project issues and suggests problem solution.
