Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku využiti nástrojů projektového managementu ve společnosti KREITANA s.r.o..V první časti bakalářské práce popsány teoretické znalosti projektového managementu. Druha analytická část se věnuje základním informacím o společnosti a analýze současného stavu ve společnosti. Poslední část mé práce zahrnuje návrhy na změny ve společnosti a popisuje přínosy těchto změn. This bachelor thesis is focused on project management in KREITANA s.r.o. The first part of the thesis describes the theoretical knowledge of project management. The second analytical part is devoted to the basic information about the company and the analysis of the current situation in the company. The last part of my work includes suggestions for changes in the company and describes the benefits of these changes.
