Práce skupin v extrémním, izolovaném a stísněném prostředí se pojí s vysokými riziky i nároky. Jednou ze skupin pracující v takto specifických podmínkách jsou kosmické posádky, na jejichž studium se v posledních desetiletích soustřeďuje výzkumný zájem při snaze o prevenci jejich selhání. Pro úspěšné zvládání vesmírných misí se jako klíčové ukazují vztahy a vazby mezi členy posádky. Ty se projevují v rozličných oblastech: komunikaci, spolupráci, kohezi skupiny, vzájemné důvěře, opoře a dalších. V literárně přehledové části práce jsou popsány vybrané faktory, které s mezilidskými vztahy a vazbami souvisí. Diskutovány jsou dvě skupiny faktorů - faktory související s diverzitou složení posádky a situační faktory. Prostor je věnován také diskuzi metod, které jsou pro měření vztahů a vazeb v posádce používány, jejich přínosům i limitům. V návaznosti na to je podrobněji popsána sociodiagnostická metoda sociomapování, vzhledem k jejímu využití ve výzkumné části práce. Výzkumná část práce si klade za cíl analyzovat dvě oblasti: vývoj skupinové dynamiky v průběhu času a souvislost mezi genderově smíšenou posádkou a tendencí ke vzniku podskupin. Závěry z předchozích studií v těchto oblastech jsou totiž nejednoznačné. K tomuto cíli byla využita data ze 17denní simulace izolace posádky, tedy první etapy z... Work of groups in the extreme, isolated and confined environment relates to the high risks and demands as well. One of the groups working in that specific conditions are the space crews. Attention has been focused recently on preventing the risk of their failure. For a successful fulfilment of the space missions, it seems that the relations between the crew members are crucial. They manifest in various areas: communication, cooperation, group cohesion, mutual trust, support and others. The theoretical part of this thesis describes selected factors related to interpersonal relationships. Two groups of factors are discussed - factors connected with a diversity of the crew and the and the situational factors. There is a discussion of the methods used for measuring and assessing the interpersonal relations, their advantages and limitations. As a follow-up to this part, socio-diagnostic method called "sociomapping" is described in detail because of its use in the empirical part of the thesis. The goal of the empirical part is to analyse two areas: the development of the group dynamics during a mission and the connection between the gender-mixed crew and the tendency to creating the subgroups.
