Článek prezentuje přístup k detailnímu průzkumu historických malt, jež je součástí projektu, který si klade za cíl vývoj pokročilé parametrické databáze vlastností historických malt a omítek. Na počátku řešení projektu byla upřesněna metoda vzorkování a výběr získávaných informací. Paper presents approach to characterisation of historic mortars, which is a part of a project that aims at a development of an advanced parametrical data base of properties of historic mortars and renders. The project develops its own method of sampling and selects the information to be collected.
