[eng][cze] The differences in surface morphology, roughness, structural and textural properties of thin nanolayers of Titania that is promising as a catalytic agent e.g. for removing of organic impurities from waste water and air were studied. Special attention was focused on testing of superhydrophilic properties by contact angel measuring. Byly studovány rozdíly v povrchové morfologii a drsnosti, strukturních a texturních vlastnostech tenkých vrstev oxidu titaničitého, jakožto slibného metariálu z hlediska fotokatalytických procesů.
