Molecular modeling methods were used for conformation study of pyrrolidine ring in the series of pyrrolidine nucleotide analogues. Theoretical results were compared with experimental ones obtained by NMR conformation analysis. Metody molekulového modelování byly použity při studiu konformace pyrrolidinového kruhu v sérii pyrrolidinových analogů nukleotidů. Teoretické výsledky byly porovnány s experimentálními získanými NMR konformační analýzou.
