Bakalářská práce se v literárně přehledové části zaměřuje na charakteristické znaky sourozeneckých vztahů a na jejich proměny v průběhu života. Blíže jsou popsána specifika interakce mezi sourozenci v různých vývojových obdobích, zejména v dětství a ve stáří. Zvláštní důraz je kladen na otázku, jakým způsobem je tento vztah ovlivňován takovými událostmi, jako jsou hádky a rozvody rodičů, pěstounská péče, příchod nevlastního sourozence a vývojové postižení sourozence, a zda v těchto případech může sourozenecký vztah sloužit jako protektivní faktor podněcující zdravý rozvoj osobnosti a přispívat životní spokojenosti. V návrhu empirického šetření je předložen návrh kvantitativního šetření, kde jsou tyto otázky specifikovány na období stáří, kdy jedinec hodnotí svůj život z celoživotní perspektivy. Cílem je porovnání sourozeneckých dyád seniorů, s přihlédnutím ke stresujícím okolnostem, které je v životě potkaly. Specifics of the interaction between siblings during different developmental period, particularly in childhood and subsequently in old age, are described more closely. Emphasis is placed on how this relationship is influenced by events such as quarrels and divorce of parents, foster care, the arrival of a step-siblings and developmental disability of a sibling, and whether in these cases the sibling relationship can serve as a protective factor stimulating healthy development of personality and contributing to life satisfaction. The proposal of the empirical research describes a quantitative research where these questions are specified for the old age of the individual when assessing their life from a lifespan perspective.
