Práce se zaměřuje na témata učení a práce v souvislosti s genderovou problematikou v kriticky orientovaných teoretických konceptech filosofie a sociálních věd. Cílem práce je představit přístupy a klíčové autory a autorky, srovnat jejich vybrané příspěvky a interpretovat hlavní kritické myšlenky ve vzájemném kontextu. V práci je nahlíženo na témata práce a učení z hlediska feministických přístupů, teorie individualizace, teorie spravedlnosti americké teoretičky a představitelky socialistického proudu feminismu Iris Marion Young a soudobých kriticky orientovaných andragogických výzkumů. This thesis focuses on topics of learning and work in relation to gender in critical -oriented theoretical concepts. The purpose of this thesis is to introduce key approaches and authors, to compare their selected contributions and interpret their principal critical ideas in mutual context. The topics of work and learning in the thesis are examined in terms of feminist approaches, theory of individualization, theory of justice by American theorist and representative of socialist feminism Iris Marion Young, and contemporary critical-oriented andragogical research.
