Bakalářská práce se zabývá právními aspekty práce z domova. Pozornost je nejprve věnována práci z domova z pohledu personálního řízení, jako alternativnímu pracovnímu úvazku a zaměstnaneckému benefitu, výhodám a nevýhodám práce z domova a vhodným pracovním pozicím pro výkon práce z domova. Práce se soustřeďuje na specifika právní úpravy práce z domova ve vybraných právních oblastech v České republice, analyzuje nedostatky právní úpravy práce z domova v těchto vybraných právních oblastech v České republice a identifikuje jejich možná řešení v podobě smluvního ujednání zaměstnavatele a zaměstnance. Závěrečná kapitola práce představuje flexibilní pracovní podmínky v Evropské unii, se zaměřením na aktuální iniciativu Evropské komise, a Nizozemí, se zaměřením na právní úpravu práce z domova v Nizozemí. The bachelor thesis focuses on legal aspects of homeworking. At first, the attention is paid on homeworking in the view of human resources management, as alternative employment relationship and work benefit, advantages and disadvantages of homeworking and appropriate work positions for homeworking. Bachelor thesis concerns on legal specifics of legislation of homeworking in the Czech Republic, analyses the deficiencies of legislation of homeworking in the Czech Republic and identifies possible solutions in the form of agreement between employer and employee. Final chapter of the thesis introduces flexible working conditions in the European Union, focusing on actual initiative of European Commission, and in the Netherlands, focusing on the legislation of homeworking.
