Tato práce si klade za cíl představit možnosti interpretace fenoménu těla ve třech prózách Libuše Moníkové - Újmě, Pavaně za mrtvou infantku a Zjasněné noci. Samotné interpretaci předchází rozsáhlá teoretická část, která představuje filozofická východiska zkoumání: pojetí tělesné subjektivity ve filozofii Maurice Merleau-Pontyho a Judith Butlerové. Kapitola věnovaná Merleau-Pontymu přibližuje jeho kritiku filozofického dualismu, představuje tělo jako základ naší subjektivity, řeči a myšlení. V části věnované Judith Butlerové se zaměřuji na témata performativity genderu, mocenských norem a následně materiality a tělesnosti. V druhé části využívám uvedené analýzy k interpretaci výše uvedených próz Libuše Moníkové. Zaměřuji se zejména na tělo jako subjekt mocenských vztahů v rámci fikčních světů jejích próz. Zkoumám vztah tělesných hranic k subjektivitě a intersubjektivitě napříč uvedenými prózami a charakterizuji, v jakém smyslu můžeme prózy chápat jako subverzivní vůči genderovým normám. V poslední části se zaměřuji na rovinu vyprávění a na metanarativní momenty v díle. Domnívám se, že uvedené prózy charakteristické svou autobiografičností, intertextualitou i fragmentarizovanou strukturou můžeme charakterizovat jako výrazný typ situovaného "vtěleného vyprávění". The aim of this thesis is to present possibilities of interpretation of the body in Libuše Moníková's three works - Ujma, Pavana za mrtvou infantku and Zjasněná noc. The interpretation is preceded by a large theoretical part providing the philosophical basis of my readings: the concept of bodily subjectivity as introduced in Maurice Merleau-Ponty's and Judith Butler's philosophical thought. The chapter devoted to Merleau-Ponty is focused primarily on the body seen as a foundation of our subjectivity, speech and thought. Judith's Butler account of the body will be studied in relation to her analysis of performative gender, power norms and subsequently materiality and corporeality. In the second part of the thesis, I will make use of these concepts while interpreting the prose of Libuše Moníková. I focus on a body as a subject of power inside the fictional universes of the proses, I analyze the relation of bodily borders to subjectivity and intersubjectivity in all three works and focus on the ways we can see them as subversive in relation to gender norms. Final part of the interpretation focuses on the narration of the proses and on their "metanarrative" moments.
