[cze][eng] (česky) Bakalářská práce se zabývá zmapováním role Viktora Juščenka v ukrajinské politice v období prezidentství Leonida Kučmy mezi lety 1999-2004. Důraz je kladen na počátky politického působení Juščenka, na jeho vzestup z pozice guvernéra Národní banky Ukrajiny do funkce premiéra Ukrajiny v letech 1999-2001 a na zformování politického bloku Naše Ukrajina po odvolání z pozice premiéra země. Práce vychází z analýzy a komparace relevantních monografií ke zvolené problematice a z elektronických zdrojů. Klíčová slova: Viktor Juščenko, Leonid Kučma, Ukrajina, politická moc, oligarchie, opozice(in English) This bachelor thesis deals with the mapping of the role of Viktor Yushchenko in Ukrainian politics during the presidency of Leonid Kuchma between 1999-2004. Emphasis is put on the beginnings of Yushchenko's political activities, on his rise from the position of the Governor of the National Bank of Ukraine to the position of the Prime Minister of Ukraine in 1999-2001 and on the formation of the political bloc Our Ukraine after his dismissal as prime minister. The thesis is based on the analysis and comparison of relevant monographs on selected issues and on electronic resources from.
