[cze][eng] Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku vodícího psa a jeho majitele z pohledu veřejnosti v průřezu generací pomocí kvalitativního výzkumného šetření. V teoretické části práce je představen vodící pes ve světové historii i na území českých zemí, legislativní opatření ohledně vodícího psa, komplexně popsaný průběh výcviku vodícího psa a pohyb psa na veřejnosti. Praktická část práce popisuje kvalitativní výzkum formou dotazníkového šetření zaměřující se na populaci České republiky. Šetření zkoumalo znalosti veřejnosti o právním uchopení vodícího psa, o vhodném jednání s dvojící vodící pes a jeho majitel a o výkonu práce vodícího psa. Výzkum přináší zmapování znalostí veřejnosti o problematice a návrh na cílenou edukaci zkoumaných generací. Diplomová práce přináší i metodu edukace respondentů v průběhu získávání dat k výzkumnému šetření. Theoretical part of the thesis introduces guide dog in world and Czech history, relevant legislative measures, fully describes course of dog training, and behavior of a guide dog in public. Practical part describes qualitative research, a questionnaire aimed at public in the Czech Republic. The survey examines public knowledge of legal measures about guide dogs, appropriate behavior towards a guide dog and its owner, and about guide dog's tasks. Research provides out look of the public 's knowledge and suggests targeted education for generations studied. The diploma thesis also brings method of educating respondents during data acquisition.
