cze Abstract:
[cze][eng] Diplomová práce metodou případové studie monitoruje proces zavádění supervize do konkrétního zdravotnického zařízení, které pečuje o ohrožené děti do 3 let věku. Jejím cílem je vytvořit zaměstnancům organizace prostor pro reflexi, podporu procesů učení a změny. V kontextu transformace v oblasti náhradní rodinné péče je cílem práce podpořit resilientní zvládání změn a usnadnit otevřený dialog managementu a zaměstnanců. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na výklad souvisejících pojmů. V empirické části práce uvádím etické aspekty případové studie a metodologii. Následuje analýza dat, zhodnocení vstupního stavu organizace před zavedením změny, popis procesu změny, a zhodnocení stavu organizace po devíti měsících od zavedení změny.The Diploma thesis a case study monitors the process of implementing supervision in a specific medical institution that cares for vulnerable children up to three years of age.
