V práci je popsána sanační technologie – fytoextrakce, sloužící k dekontaminaci půd in-situ. Zkoumaným dekontaminantem byl penízek modravý (Thlaspi caerulescens), který je hyperakumulátor těžkých kovů. This work deals with decontamination technology – phytoextraction, which is used for decontamination of soil in-situ. Studied plant was penny-cress (Thlaspi caerulescens) that serves as hyperaccumulator of heavy metals.
