v českém jazyce Bakalářské práce se věnuje problematice pregraduální přípravy učitelů primárního vzdělávání. Hlavním cílem je zjistit, jak učitelé 1. stupně ZŠ hodnotí svoji pregraduální přípravu s odstupem několika let od vstupu do praxe. V teoretické části je vymezena základní terminologie vztahující se k tématu, dále je nastíněna profesní dráha učitelů a pregraduální příprava učitelů. V empirické části, zpracované jako kvalitativní studie, je prezentováno, jaký je pohled tří respondentek na pregraduální přípravu, kde vidí silné a slabé stránky studia na vysoké škole a jak jsou připraveny na výkon učitelské profese. Klíčová slova Primární vzdělávání; učitel; vzdělávání učitelů; pregraduální příprava in English The bachelor thesis deals with the problem of pregradual education of teachers of primary education. Its aim is to find out how primary school teachers assess their undergraduate training several years after their entry into practice. The theoretical part defines the basic terminology related to the topic, the professional career of the teachers and the undergraduate teacher training. In the empirical part, which is designed as a qualitative study, the work shows the three respondents' view of the undergraduate training, where they see the strengths and weaknesses of the university studies and how they are ready for the teaching profession.
