Tato teoretická bakalářská práce nese název: Osobnost učitele a připravenost na pedagogickou profesi. Cílem práce je charakterizovat učitelskou profesi v kontextech soudobého diskurzu o vzdělávání a společenských očekávání v oblasti výkonu učitelského povolání. Práce se zabývá vybranými nároky na výkon učitelské profese a celkovou situací v oblasti pedagogické přípravy budoucích učitelů. V práci se zaměřuji zejména na kvality učitelů, neboť roste význam kvality vzdělání ve společnosti. Práce projasňuje pojem osobnosti a otázku, jíž lze formovat osobnost učitele. The aim of the work is to characterise educational profession in the contexts of current discourse about education and social expectations concerning educational profession. The work deals with chosen demands on the educational profession and overall situation regarding pedagogical preparation of future teachers. In the work, I focus mainly on the qualities of teachers because the importance of the quality of education in society increases. The work explains the term personality and a question by which it is possible to form the teacher's personality.
