Analýzou tokových křivek při nízkých smykových rychlostech bylo zjištěno, že tokové vlastnosti sledovaných kosmetických krémů odpovídají reologickému modelu Herschel-Bulkley. Ukazuje se, že složení emulze,k včetně malých rozdílů v obsahu složek, ovlivňuje reologické vlastnosti krémů. By the analysis of flow curves at low shear rates there was found that flow properties of cosmetic cremes under study correspond to a rheological Herschel-Bulkley model. It was shown that emulsion composition, including small differences in the contents of components, influnces the rheological properties of cremes.
