Semiempirical models of the dependence of effective mobility of peptides on the ratio of their charge and relative molecular mass were tested to describe the electromigration behavior of peptides, particularly the shape of their molecules. Semiempirické modely závislosti efektivní mobility peptidů na poměru náboje a relativní molekulové hmotnosti byly použity k popisu elektromigračního chování peptidů, zejména pak k předpovědi tvaru jejich molekuly.
