Východiska: Vstupní adiktologické vyšetření je popisováno jako mapování rizikového chování pacienta ve vztahu k užívání návykových látek. Jeho součástí je i zhodnocení celkového stavu pacienta a následné stanovení terapeutického plánu. Jedná se o komplexní výkon, který je časově vymezen 60 minutami. Otázkou je, co tedy potřebujeme pro to, abychom mohli s pacientem naplánovat vhodnou léčbu a jakým způsobem tyto informace získat a zpracovat. Cíl: Cílem této diplomové práce je návrh struktury vstupního adiktologického vyšetření pro Adiktologickou ambulanci Kliniky adiktologie. V dalším kroku je pak cílem pilotní ověření v prostředí adiktologické ambulance a zpracování zkušeností adiktologa s tímto návrhem. Metody: Na základě odborné literatury formulujeme možný obsah výkonu "vstupní adiktologické vyšetření". Zajímá nás nejen co dělat, ale i jak. V práci se pohybujeme v psychodynamickém kontextu. Následně navrhujeme Vstupní adiktologické vyšetření pro Adiktologickou ambulanci Kliniky adiktologie 1. LF a VFN v Praze. Tím zdůrazňujeme důležitost kontextu vyšetření. Adiktologické interview musí odpovídat zaměření a úkolům příslušné instituce. Na závěr krátce uvádíme zkušenost adiktologa s daným návrhem v této instituci. Diskuze a závěry: Docházíme k zjištění, že na adiktologické vyšetření je potřeba více... Background: A initial interview with addicted people is described as a mapping of the patient's risk behavior in relation to the use of addictive substances. It also includes an assessment of the overall condition of the patient and subsequent determination of the therapeutic plan. It is a complex examination that which takes time for 60 minutes. The question is what should we do in this interview. How to make a plan for treatment with the patient. Objective: The aim of this thesis is to propose the structure of an aditological examination for the outpatient treatment center named Adiktologicka ambulance. The next step is to do the verification of the interview in practice. Methods: On the basis of professional literature, we formulate the possible contents of the "adictological input" exercise. We are interested not only in what to do but also how. We work in a psychodynamic context. Subsequently, we propose initial interview for addected people in the outpatient treatment center for addiction. We highlight the importance of the institutional context. The interview must match the focus and tasks of the certain institution. Finally, we briefly present the experience of the worker with addicted people.
