Tato diplomová práce se zabývá retencí učitelů a asistentů pedagogů v konkrétní mateřské škole se speciální péčí. Zjišťuje důvody setrvání pedagogů v pracovním poměru a důvody odchodu z této pracovní pozice. Práce dále zjišťuje, co může management školy udělat pro retenci kvalitních učitelů a asistentů v této MŠ. Práce zkoumá, jak moc jsou jednotlivé aspekty práce propojeny se spokojeností zaměstnanců a jejich tendenci ke stabilizaci v organizaci. Do pracovní spokojenosti zaměstnanců se promítají pracovní podmínky a zátěž, organizace práce, možnost profesního rozvoje, odměňování, interpersonální vztahy na pracovišti, komunikace, styly vedení managementu organizace, péče o zaměstnance atd. V teoretické části jsem v dostupné literatuře hledala souvislosti mezi pracovní (ne)spokojeností, motivy pracovního chování a fluktuací zaměstnanců; možnostmi vytváření strategií pro zvýšení retence zaměstnanců. Vycházela jsem z literatury věnující se zejména manažerské psychologii a sociologii, sociální psychologii, sociální psychologii práce, řízení lidských zdrojů, managementu a školského managementu. Výzkumem jsem hledala odpovědi na výzkumné otázky, a to konkrétně na souvislosti odchodů učitelů/asistentů s jejich pracovní (ne)spokojeností a na důvody setrvávání těch, kteří ve škole pracují, na potenciální... This diploma thesis focuses on the retention of teachers and teaching assistants in a specific kindergarten with special care. It searches for the reasons the employees have for staying in their current position and the ones for leaving it. The thesis then continues to research what can be done by this schools management to hold onto quality teachers and teaching assistants. The work observes possible connections of individual aspects of the job with the employees satisfaction and their tendencies to stay in said organization. Among the aspects that influence the employees satisfaction, we can find for example the working conditions, workload, work organization, the ability of professional development, rewards, interpersonal relations in the workplace, communication, the managements leading style or care for employees. In the theoretical part, I've searched through the available literature for connections between job (dis)satisfaction, work behavior patterns and employees turnover. I based my work on literature mostly focusing on psychology and sociology of management, social psychology, social psychology in a workplace, human resources management, management and school management.
