Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou využití nástrojů projektového managementu při řízení IT projektů. V první části jsou definována základní teoretická východiska. Analytická část je věnována analýze současného stavu ve společnosti. Na základě této analýzy je proveden návrh změn v projektu vývoje nové funkcionality informačního systému pro zákazníka a jeho zefektivnění za pomocí agilní metodiky Scrum. This diploma thesis deals with the issue of project management tools in the management of IT projects. The basic theoretical concepts are described in the first part of the thesis. The analytical part is devoted to the analysis of the current situation in the company. The proposal for changes in the project focusing on the development of a new functionality of the information system for the customer is based on this analysis and its efficiency is improved using the Scrum agile methodology.
