Cílem této práce byl vývoj analytické metody pro stanovení levoglukosanu a dehydroabietové kyseliny v aerosolu pomocí LC-MS s využitím přímého vzorkování aerosolu do vody. The analytical method involving aerosol sampling into water, quantitative pre-concentration of levoglucosan and dehydroabietic acid, and their determination by LC-MS was developed in this work.
