Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení situace na Českém trhu v rámci finančních produktů. Autor si vybral pouze bankovní a leasingové poskytovatele úvěrů, hypoték a leasingu. Práce je rozdělena na 2 části: teoretickou a praktickou. Do teoretické části autor zahrnul historii a současnou právní úpravu v České republice a budoucí změna na trhu finančních produktů. Dále jsou v práci uvedeny státní či nestátní organizace, které se zabývají ochranou spotřebitele na finančním trhu. V praktické části jsou uvedeny nejúspěšnější bankovní instituce a leasingová společnost poskytující úvěry, hypotéky a leasing. Práce se též zabývá otázkou uzavření smlouvy a potřebnými dokumenty k žádosti o finanční produkty. Na konci praktické části je vyhodnocen vlastní průzkum, který je zaměřený především na výše uvedené produkty. The aim of this work is to evaluate the situation on the Czech market in the financial products. The author chose only provider of banking and leasing loans, mortgages and leases. The work is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. To the theoretical part, the author has included the history and current legal regulations in the Czech Republic and future changes in the financial market. Furthermore, the work given state or non-governmental organizations that deal with consumer protection in the financial market. The practical part presents the most successful banking institutions and leasing companies providing loans, mortgages and leasing. The thesis also deals with the contract and necessary documents to request financial products. At the end of the practical part is evaluated your research, which is focused primarily on the above products.
