Anotácia: Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce je popísať a zhodnotiť súčasný stav postavenia českej firmy KPB Intra s.r.o. na európskom trhu transformátorov na základe odbornej konzultácie s vedením firmy,samotných analýz spoločnosti, ale aj jej konkurencie. Na základe získaných informácií zhodnotím postavenie firmy KPB Intra na tomto trhu a navrhnem možné zlepšenie jej postavenia. Anotace: Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat a zhodnotit současný stav postavení české firmy KPB Intra s.r.o. na evropském trhu transformátorů na základě odborné konzultace s vedením firmy, samotných analýz společnosti, ale i její konkurence. Na základě získaných informací zhodnotím postavení firmy KPB Intra na tomto trhu a navrhnu možné zlepšení jejího postavení. Abstract: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe and review current position of the czech company KPB Intra, s.r.o. on european market with transformers. It is based on expert consultation with the owners of the company, various analyzes of the comapny and its competitors. I will analyze and suggest possible ways how to improve comapany´s position on the market on the basis of the obtained information.
