Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu střídavé péče u dětí s poruchou autistického spektra. Jde o problematiku, která je nejen v českém, ale i v zahraničním prostředí velmi málo probádána, a tato práce si proto klade za cíl vytvořit první komplexnější český materiál s daným zaměřením. Literárně přehledová část textu se zpočátku věnuje současnému pohledu na autismus a také psychosociálním dopadům daného postižení na rodinu. Následuje kapitola zabývající se střídavou péčí v českém prostředí, ale zmíněny jsou rovněž i příklady zahraniční praxe. Stěžejní je však především problematika rozhodování soudů o střídavé péči u dětí s autismem a zejména pak podrobnější popis faktorů, které mohou mít na realizaci této formy porozvodového uspořádání vliv. Ve druhé části práce je navržen výzkumný projekt kvalitativního charakteru, jehož cílem je podrobněji problematiku zmapovat, a to prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s rodiči dětí s autismem, jež střídavou péči s různým úspěchem realizují. Klíčová slova: Poruchy autistického spektra, střídavá péče, rodina, rozvod, porozvodové uspořádání Bachelor thesis deals with the topic of shared custody in children with autistic spectrum disorders. It is a problem that is scarcely explored not only in the Czech Republic, but also abroad, and this thesis is therefore aimed at creating the first more complex Czech material with the given focus. The literary overview of the text initially deals with the contemporary view of autism as well as the psychosocial impacts of this diagnosis on the family. There is a chapter dealing with shared custody in the Czech environment, but there are also examples from abroad. However, the main issue is the decision-making of the courts on shared custody in children with autism and, in particular, a more detailed description of the factors that may influence the realization of this form of divorce care. In the second part of the thesis, a qualitative research project is designed to map the issue in more detail through semi-structured interviews with the parents of children with autism, who perform shared custody with various successes.
