[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce se zabývá spoluprací personálního řízení a pracovního lékařství. Pozornost je věnována oboru pracovního lékařství, pracovnělékařské a pracovněprávní legislativě, bezpečnosti a ochraně zdraví při práci. Součástí práce jsou statistiky a výzkumy týkající se bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci, nemocí z povolání a pracovních úrazů. Cílem bakalářské práce je vymezení oblastí spolupráce pracovních lékařů s personalisty a analýza možností a omezení této spolupráce. The aim of this thesis is to define the specific areas of cooperation between the occupational medicine and personnel management with the analysis of possibilities and limitations of this cooperation.
