Tato práce se zabývá čtvrtou průmyslovou revolucí neboli Průmyslem 4.0. Jedná se o současný trend rozvoje digitalizace a automatizace výroby, který v dnešní době zaznamenává velký růst. Tato práce se zabývá dopady Průmyslu 4.0 na trh práce právě v oblasti průmyslu a výroby. Pozornost je zde věnována konkrétně současné situaci v České republice. Téma Průmyslu 4.0 je v ČR relativně nové. V současné době vznikají různé vládní iniciativy na podporu implementace Průmyslu 4.0 a to nejen v oblasti trhu práce, ve výrobě, ale i v oblasti vzdělávání. Autorka ve své práci vychází v očekávání, která jsou v těchto iniciativách uvedena a porovnává je se současnou situací. V teoretické části této práce autorka seznamuje čtenáře s předchozími průmyslovými revolucemi, kdy popisuje jejich průběh a dopady na trh práce a společnost. Postupně se dostává k Průmyslu 4.0 a s ním souvisejícím jevům, které čtenářům přibližuje. Následně představuje klíčové dokumenty a výzkumy zabývající se touto problematikou. Zaměřuje se zejména na uvedené očekávané dopady Průmyslu 4.0. Ve výzkumné části se autorka věnuje svému vlastnímu výzkumu, v jehož rámci provedla šest polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se zaměstnanci z oblasti průmyslu a výroby. Jedná se o vedoucí výroby, zaměstnance z oddělení lidských zdrojů a o zaměstnance z oddělení,... In this thesis the author is focused on the fourth industrial revolution or so called "Industry 4.0". This term refers to the current trend of digitization and automation of the manufacturing. In this paper the attention is concretely paid on its current impacts on the labour market in the area of manufacturing and industry. The thesis is focused on the current situation in the Czech Republic. In this country the term "Industry 4.0" is relatively new. In these days there are some initiatives and researches made about the implementation of the Industry 4.0. These initiatives focus not only on the area of industry and manufacturing but also on the area of education. These documents also present expected impacts of the Industry 4.0. The author compares these expectations with the current situation on the labour market. In the theoretical part of this paper the author describes the three previous industrial revolutions and their impact on the labour market and society. Then she describes the Industry 4.0 and the key phenomena related to this topic. After that there is a part about the key documents and researches.
